The Administration of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Polytechnic College, Yanam, is committed to providing quality technical education, maintaining academic discipline, and ensuring the smooth functioning of all institutional activities. The administration functions through a coordinated team comprising the Principal, Heads of Departments, office and technical staff. Responsibilities are clearly defined to maintain efficiency and accountability.

Administrative Responsibilities
  • Implementing regulations and guidelines issued by the Directorate of Technical Education and other competent authorities.
  • Planning and monitoring academic activities, examinations, and evaluation processes.
  • Coordinating departments, laboratories, and support services for effective functioning.
  • Facilitating admissions, scholarships, and student support services.
  • Maintaining campus infrastructure, safety, and a conducive learning environment.
  • Encouraging industry–institution interaction, training programmes, and skill development activities.
